You can go here to see pics of my bag www.fashionaccessoryforum.com If it wasn’t for Cindy (batgirl 0711) I wouldn’t have looked at my bag. I found upon inspection fraying at the top and bottom. After a google search I found this was a common issue and Coach had said these bags were defective. I read you could return you bag for a full store credit to be used on another bag. I was at least happy about that part. However when I got to my store 2 1/2 hours each way I was told I could only get 40% well if I want 40% off I would go to the outlet right? I stood my ground and drove home mailing my bag in after contacting customer service about how rude I was treated. A few weeks later I get a letter for full credit. So in closing please stand your ground and don’t except the 40% off!! Hope this is helpful to others!
